At Side by Side 3D Studio, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Because many of our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for customized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-customized products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us.

Production times may vary depending on product customization and seasonal demand.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
